Just testing

Since last night, I've not been able to attach any files to a message I posted yesterday.  I keep getting red warning messages.  So let's try to add to add the same items here ...

Re: Just testing

Hmmm,

No, I'm getting the same kind of problem here:

  • warning: Parameter 2 to mollom_form_alter() expected to be a reference, value given in /home/openener/public_html/emon/includes/common.inc on line 2933.
  • warning: Parameter 2 to subscriptions_content_form_alter() expected to be a reference, value given in /home/openener/public_html/emon/includes/common.inc on line 2933.
  • warning: Parameter 2 to comment_notify_form_alter() expected to be a reference, value given in /home/openener/public_html/emon/includes/common.inc on line 2933.

Re: Just testing

Just turned off writing of error's to the screen and instead to log only. The hosting provider migrated the server yesterday so maybe the php error reporting is on a report all state.

Re: Just testing

Hi Trystan,

I've tried to add a different .txt  file to my previous posting.  Although it appears to have uploaded, the instruction about ticking the "List" box is not visible.  So something is still not right.

Does user-activity normally flag up loads of errors, and we mere mortals just don't get to see them?

Re: Just testing

OK, I've managed to attach a couple of files, but there were no labels showing alongside the 'tick' boxes.  These files would only appear in the posted message if ticked the lower box, so I presume that this must be the "List" box.  Can't remember what the other one was for ...

Re: Just testing

The left box was "Delete", the right "List". When I looked at your post in Edit mode, the boxes were stacked and without labels for me either. It looks like a style sheet / layout problem.  When I look in Firebug, there's no sign of the captions. So it looks as if they're not getting written into the page at source.

Re: Just testing

Having attached a file, the boxes that I'm seeing are one above the other.  I think the upper one must be "Delete" and the lower one "List".  On that basis, let's see if this works for real with whatever it was I was trying to do yesterday ...
