EmonTH UART pins

Hello, I'm looking for the UART pin list for the EmonTH.

 

Also, I can see the EmonTH has 6 pins and most of the UART-to-usb listed on sites like ebay have 5 pins like this one: http://www.ebay.es/itm/231136100521?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p39...

 

Do I need the USB-to-UART from the shop to program it?

The profits from the shop support this website. So if you have benefitted from the information here, why not put a bit back and buy a programmer from the shop?

I have a related question...

In the Arduino IDE, which "Board" is the correct one for emonTH? There are so many that contain "ATmega328" in the name.
