how to send puls input data to emoncms

Hello,

i now have a test setup with an arduino due hooked throug USB to a raspberrypi + hdd.

on the arduino i have a puls input, do i have to convert this puls to power and then send it to emoncms or can i send the pulses?

i mannaged to send some kind of data to emoncms.

 

or do i have to send the power and pulses, could someone explain this to me?

There should be a way to process the pulses from inside emoncms.

If you compute the power in the arduino, it is fine as well.
