Instructions for installing Latest Raspberry PI - Ready-to-go image for Windows 7

I'm trying to upload the latest emoncmspi5avr-19-05-13.img to my 4GB SD card (formatted back to its original state) on Windows 7 using the program Win32DiskImager. Previously I have used this technique for an older version of the emoncmspi image and it worked fine. I suspect it could be because the size of latest image file (at least according to Windows) is 7.4 GB after unzipping! This is a little confusing to me because the instructions here mention that the minimum SD card size is 4GB. Any ideas on how to go about this without needing to buy a larger SD card?
