zoom visualization giving inconsistent data (it appears)

I recently installed a system here in Canada to monitor power usage of a rental suite.
My feeds are calibrated (using a killawatt device) and collecting data and I've started to get some visualizations. After playing around a fair bit it looks like the zoom visualization is going to come closest to giving me the data I want.
However the daily totals it is giving me seem way too high. If I calculate an expected power bill based upon the draw it is reporting they seem to be at least twice what the current bills are.
Moreover the daily total is wildly different from what it tells me when I drill down (see below). The drill down seems much more like the real values.
