Find attached is the screen shut of the item i bought, it includes Pre-Loaded Raspberry Pi Gateway 4GB SD card.
when i inserted the SD card into the raspberry PI, my Pi did not boot at all ut i can boot the PI by using my personal SD card for PI.
Please, what can i do.

Is your Pi network connected?
Do the LEDs flash or light up?
Do you have a screen attached ?
Are there any error messages ?
is anything else connected ?
