Here i m attaching various parameter observed from scada

i wanted to know list of sub parameter can be neasured from each sector like temprature ,sensor value,

for example solar tracke

1. wind speed limit
2. inclination angle vertical & horizontal
3. temperature @ panel
4. temperature inside enclosure
5. rtc times

there are several permeter like inverter,measuring instrument,power unit in diagram please help me subcatgories permater that can be measured
