I cannot edit the My Electric dashboard on emoncms.org. I changed my feed names, so now the dashboard is void of data. When I click the configure icon (the wrench) in the upper right corner of the screen, nothing happens. Is there something I am missing? I am using Chrome as my browser.

Yes I did the same!
The only way I could resolve the problem was to edit the MYSQL database directly using phpMyAdmin and delete out the 'old' feed number from the MyElectric table, not a great solution, but it got me back working.

This doesn't really help you I'm afraid, as you can't edit emoncms.org, but it's something that needs addressing across both emoncms.org & standalone installations.
