monitoring signals

Working with project starter, do data monitoring with a Yokogawa. I wonder if I can monitor voltage, current with this apparatus. Current around 2000, most using a shunt to collect such data.

Re: monitoring signals

You can monitor voltage, current, real & apparent power and power factor, but you will need to find a current transformer with a ratio 2000 A : 50 mA that is capable of generating an output voltage of approx. 1.1 V rms. For example, the Magnelab SCT-3000-000 (0.333 V rms) is usable up to 1000 A with an output voltage of 1.1 V with the correct value of burden resistor).
