[SOLVED] SSH into emonbase PI problem

Hi everyone. I'm new to OEM and to Raspberry PI boards in general.

I first tried writing the Raspbian image on the SD card, and as I have no hdmi display available, I could successfully ssh into the system and start getting familiar with it.

I tried the same with the oem_gateway image but connecting the emonbase PI to my home router, no new host shows up.

I've also noticed that only the PWR led is on.

My question is:

Is this the expected behaviour?

Could this be a problem in writing the oem_gateway image? BTW I've followed the same steps I used for Raspbian.

I received the Raspberry with the new memory chip just before the oem_image update was released.

Now everything works as expected.

Great to hear that the fix works. It had me scratching my head for a while! Guess the sticker on the packaging should have been a clue!
