Log to feed (TIMESTORE) is not displayed in the list to be created

Hi
I see that there are differences between the Emoncms cloud and the which I downloaded and installed on my windows.
In the local version I can not graph the data in real time because I can only see a caption that says "feed or authentication type not valid". Reviewing and comparing my server against cloud version I see that when creating a new feed such as "Log to feed (TIMESTORE)" on my server is not added to the list (in page input). However in the cloud server if added. But if I go to the feed page (in my server) looks the feed was created but always remains as "inactive".
I'm confused, is all that I need to have it walk solve completely. I've checked everything I searched google and no luck.
I have also seen that the graphics give this error when I try to use feed that has the "Engine" one MySQL database.
Anyone have an idea how entrontrar the origin of this problem, it's probably a permissions issue but I can not see it.
