Help required in building RPi Energy monitor

Hi.

Would anyone be interested in building a complete solution for monitoring energy consumption. This is the scenario:

Unit will be measuring lighting energy usage.
Unit will be placed in end user's factory with no access to the Internet, except via a USB dongle.
System will need to upload data to a website
End users will access reports/dashboards via a web page to view kWh savings, CO2 savings, Financial Savings.

Is anyone interested and if so, how much would it cost me?
