Logging to emoncms working, but unable to connect to emonpi.local

Hi everyone,
I've got an issue with my emonpi. Logging to emoncms.org is working OK, but I am unable to connect to emonpi.local. I can ping its address OK, but trying to connect to emonpi.local or its address (192.168.0.32) fails. It gets to loading http://192.168.0.32/emoncms/ but fails from there (both on a mac and an iPad).
This has happened since a power outage. It came back sort of OK for a while (regularly showing 0W balanced 0W on my solar app) but is now failing again.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've rebooted (safely!) a few times to no avail.
I've no idea where to continue looking to resolve the problem.
