Wiki editing login request causes error

I started on page https://wiki.openenergymonitor.org/index.php/EmonTx_V3.4
and clicked the link "Log in" (top right of the page).

That took me to https://wiki.openenergymonitor.org/index.php?title=Special:UserLogin&act...

On that page, I clicked on the hyperlink "Request one" (target https://wiki.openenergymonitor.org/index.php/Special:RequestAccount )

Got the following response:

Thanks for letting me know. I updated the media wiki version today. It seemed to go ok but obviously there are a few little issues to iron out. Will report back..
