AES Engineering Dashboard

Dashboard put together for the Consulting Engineering firm I work for in Vancouver, BC. This monitors the main office and relates our energy usage to the currently applicable energy codes in BC and is on display to all in the lobby of the office. Hosted on a little Lenovo PC so hopefully it doesn't get overloaded!

Re: AES Engineering Dashboard

Winner, Best Dashboard!

I'd love to know how you are are reading the light switch and HVAC status data into emoncms.

Great work!

Re: AES Engineering Dashboard

It's a conditional process based on the amount of wattage being used by the heatpump and lighting circuits. If a heatpump is using between 0-10 it's assumed to be off, 50-600 fan only, and anything higher is assumed to be actually heating or cooling. Similar for the lighting circuits!

Re: AES Engineering Dashboard

So how many emonTX's do you have?  The lighting graphic shows quite a few circuits.

Re: AES Engineering Dashboard

Using a Brultech Green Eye energy monitoring system which allows up to 32 CTs to be connected

Re: AES Engineering Dashboard

Lovely clean design & nice use of icons. It's unfortunate that the emoncms black menu bar doesn't extend 100% though. Paul

Re: AES Engineering Dashboard

Yeah I noticed that. Fortunately the full screen viewing mode of Chrome hides the bar I believe. Which is what it was designed for.

Re: AES Engineering Dashboard

Thought I would take a look at your dashboard....did you take it down? I am getting the following error when I click on your URL:

URI not acceptable. No controller 'aes1330'. (/)

Thanks
