I live in Brazil.
I need to monitor a 3 phase balanced system (127v each phase 120deg one from the other). Also, I have a pulse gas meter and a pulse water meter. Connected to the water meter is a 110v NO valve.
The gas and water meters are 25m away from the main electric panel. I have a run of RJ45 from one place to the other.
Also, there's an Wifi AP next to the panel.
My goal is to monitor everything saving data to the cloud, knowing instantaneous measurements and how much was spent on a month, day and so.
Also, I want to program the box so that it can activate the valve and shut off the water if there's too much flow (leak - 120PSI). This can be done with a simple relay.
I already tried this setup using EKM equipment, so I already have 3 CTs that I can use.
My problem with EKM is that it is only RS-485 and it stops working very often.

I think you might have a problem in using the standard emonTx, as it doesn't have the facility to have two pulse inputs. However, Robin Emley's 3-phase diverter (without the output stage) would seem to fit your needs and I understand he's contacting you by PM.
