I got an emonTX V3 at 433MHz and a raspberryb pi with RF69M 433MHz.

Those 'Discarding RX frame' entries are noise 'packets'. The contents are junk, failed the CRC check and the signal level -97dBm is down at the background noise level. There is no sign of a real packets decoding at the raspi end. The good news is that RF module is alive and capable of receiving - have you confirmed the emon TX is actively transmitting?
