Some of you might be interested in a website run by an independent energy management consultant. I found it a few years ago when I needed some degree-day data. Obviously it is a commercial operation and the main product appears to be consultancy and training. I have no connection with the firm, other than as mentioned above as a user of the free data.
The website is http://www.vesma.com/ and the most recent offering is a video explaining 3-phase electricity using the water analogy. Glyn has embedded it here.
Also of possible interest is a free on-line course in basic science for energy managers. I have not registered for it and participated, so I can't comment on the content.
