EmonTX3.4 sch and brd ERC errors

i downloaded the 3.4 version of emonTx but i noticed that it has quite a bit of ERC errors, almost every 3v3v has one that sayus the node its not conected and theres another bunch saying the same, however they "seem" to be connected in the sch and brd files, im about to send a batch to manufacture but im just asking myself if i should NOT trust the built in error checker in eagle 

most of the errors are, no junction in 3.3v, no junctions in GND and several wire overlaps

 

So i come to ask her has anyone sent to the fab house the current version of EMonTX with all these errors?

Send a PM to Glyn Hudson. The fact that many boards have been made and are in use makes me think that the "errors" are inconsequential.
