Emoncms midnight

Hi, can someone please explain what time setting is used by emoncms to reset the daily totals for kwh.

 

My account used to be +10 or 11 hours and my totals would reset at @ 11am,  I have changed it to UTC +0 and it did not help with matching up with my midnight.  Logging into my raspberry pi and checking the time shows my correct local time.

 

Is there somewhere else that it needs to be changed?

There are quite a number of time zone issues still outstanding with emoncms which still have not been fixed.
