emonTx V2 'Sleepy' has not been declared

Hey, 

I followed the instructions on the following pages to the letter:

When I open "emonTx_CT123_Voltage" and hit verify, I get the following error, amongst others. But I think solving this will make the others go away as they are about things not being declared, so it appears I am missing something.

'Sleepy' has not been declared. 

I have not modified any code.

I am using IDE 1.0.6 on Windows 8.1.

It probably can't find JeeLib / RFu_jeelib. Have you checked that you have all the libraries and renamed them according to this: http://openenergymonitor.org/emon/buildingblocks/installing-arduino-libr...
