Accessing local install of emoncms remote gives "Feed type or authentication not valid"

I've recently set up a local install of emoncms running on a low power debian server.

It's here using a dynamic dns:

The feeds show "Feed type or authentication not valid".

Previously the charts were timing out but I'd found the point here about relative paths and so made the changes in mysql as per this:

Although the charts don't time out now and I can see the path is correct, I'm now getting this authentication problem.

Any ideas?

If you haven't made the feeds etc viewable to everyone, the security model won't display the data.

I had the dashboards set for public and published, but didn't realise I needed to set the feeds too.
