Any ideas anyone?

I also cannot get into the admin screen.  All I get is Admin re-authentication required.

Something is seriously amiss.

I solved the admin screen (flushed the cache) and then ran the useful scripts to rebuild the accumulator feed.

However, the accumulator process is still not working reliably.  Can anyone suggest what the problem might be and how to fix it?

Could you post a screenshot of what you see both the bargraph and the accumulating feed using the standard feed data viewer?

In what way is it not working reliably? You need to give us more information about the problem in specific terms.

By reliably, I mean sometimes it seems to accumulate OK and other times it doesn't.

3 screenshots (hopefully).  1. My Electric App this afternoon.  Should be nearer 9kWh for the day. One of the recent power feed and one of the accumulating feed zoomed out which I think shows the gradient tailing off.

Is there anything in the logs to look for?  When I do look they appear normal.

Can you 'zoom in' just to todays data in your second graph - the power to kwh feed, and post it, so I can see what has accumulated  today.

OK, graph is pretty flat though because of the scale.  24 Hrs.  Exported as CSV as well.

I forgot that the y axis doesn't zoom to the data, but the CSV file is useful, and showing that you've used about 12kWh today. This suggests that power to kwh accumulator is probably recording as expected.

If you add a power to kwh/d feed after the power to kwh, you should see 12kWh's in the bargraph for today, which would confirm this.

Yes but....

The screenshot taken at 17:40 shows 3.9kWh used.  My background is around 500Wh so that should have been around 9kWh on its own.  It has increased quickly since then, in fact after I logged into the web view.

Could the process be getting stuck somehow?

Paul,  What does the CSV show was used by 17:40?

Do you have PV? If so is 12kWh the nett balance?

I ask as the csv shows the increase throughout the bulk of the day is very very low in fact in places it goes down. Later in the day the rate increases, possibly due to an increase in use but also possibly due to the sun going down perhaps?

Does the shortfall amount track the amount generated?

Depending on your processlist an "allow positive" may fix it

Still having problems with this.  It sometimes catches up but more often than not.  Enclosed 2 screenshots, one before I ran the php power_to_kwh.php script and one after I ran it.

I do not have any PV.

It looks like the kwh data for all the days have changed, am I reading that correctly? are we looking at the same period, same week?

Is the data correct if you view it in the web based emoncms myelectric app  rather than the android app?

I would take a manual meter reading from your utility meter and note down the wh accumulator in emoncms value at that point. Run a test for a couple of days and compare the result.

Yes all changed. The screenshots are just before running the script then straight after. The web and app report exactly the same just easier to do a screenshot from the app.

Yes i'd thought of doing that but it looks like the live update is what is not working correctly as the figures after running the script are about right.
