Hi im trying to add a New virtual feed on my emonip but when i try to add a +feed i get this can anyone help me with this a im not short what its asking me to do

Add a description to Module\module_name\module_name_processlist.php in process_list() function, $list[] array at the 'desc' key.

It's not asking you to do anything.
Normally there's a help description there describing the function of the process.
At some processes it is missing, so you get that "error". It's the same here but does not affect the function.
