MQTT reloading config [CLOSED]

One question... my EMONCMS.LOG file has everytime the message "MQTT INFO Reloading config".
What this means? Why should MQTT read configuration everytime? Any wrong configuration?
I have emonSD-17Jun2015 image.

This is currently how the config update works, via cron every 5secs. I'm hoping that will change in the not too distant future.
